Music Therapy degree opens worlds of opportunity for graduate
Rebekah Miller sees the effects of music's transformative power in countless different ways every week. No two days on the job are ever alike for the music therapist and educator.
"One day I'm working with two-year olds and then the next I'm working with 102-year olds," says Miller, who graduated from CMU with a Bachelor of Music Therapy in 2018. "What I love the most about my work right now is the diversity. I love working with different age groups and having different goals."

CMU faculty and students mandated to don academic regalia starting 2019/20
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Winnipeg, April 1, 2019 – Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) Senate has passed a motion to institute academic dress as required day-wear for all CMU faculty and students. Faculty will don their robes and the hoods entitled to them by their credentials, while students will wear plain robes until receiving the appropriate hoods upon graduation.

Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) has entered into a collaboration agreement through a memorandum of understanding with the Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute Foundation, Inc. (MPI). Renowned writer Rudy Wiebe will receive the 2019 Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) PAX Award.
