CMU announces 2019 Leadership Scholarship winners

Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) is pleased to announce the recipients of this year's Leadership Scholarships: Jubilee Dueck Thiessen of Winnipeg, MB (Kelvin High School); Carrie Schulz of Winnipeg, MB (Westgate Mennonite Collegiate); Kyla Willms of Fonthill, ON (Eden High School); and Dawson Doucet of Selkirk, MB (Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School).

Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) is pleased to name the recipients of this year's Leadership Scholarships: Katherine Ulrich of Scott, SK (homeschool); Johanna Klassen of Winnipeg, MB (Westgate Mennonite Collegiate); Annika Loeppky of Selkirk, MB (Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School); and Levi Klassen of Calgary, AB (Calgary Christian School).

The endowment for a Canadian Mennonite University (CMU) scholarship honouring a Russian Mennonite scholar whose life was cut tragically short has reached six figures.
Ted Fransen presented a cheque to CMU President Dr. Cheryl Pauls in September, bringing the endowment for the Jacob A. Rempel Memorial Scholarship to $100,000. Fransen is one of Rempel’s grandsons.
