CMU Blazers head to Nationals after winning MCAC men's soccer championship
It took two challenging hours, but the CMU Blazers are back on top of MCAC men's soccer. CMU defeated Brandon University 2-1 in extra time in the championship game at the Healthy Living Centre on Sunday.
The Blazers are headed to Saint-Lambert, Quebec, for CCAA nationals on November 5-8.

Canadian Mennonite University is thrilled to announce a bold new initiative that brings free dormitory housing to all first-year undergraduate students, beginning in Fall 2026.

Canadian Mennonite University is receiving $351,000 to install a new underground geothermal heating and cooling system—the first on a Manitoba post-secondary campus—to save energy and reduce pollution. Using a network of pipes buried underneath the soccer field, the system will heat and cool some of Canadian Mennonite University's buildings more efficiently and cut emissions by at least 25%.
