February 17 update: on-campus COVID-19 protocols

Given the Province of Manitoba's announcement of relaxing of public health orders in the province, here is an update on the COVID-19 related protocols in place on the CMU campus.
1. COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
- The vaccination requirement will remain in effect until the end of the 2022 winter term.
- Campus access will continue to be restricted to fully vaccinated individuals and those with exemptions, until May 1, 2022.
Student climate ambassador finds hope in raising awareness and inspiring action for sustainability

CMU student Ruby Anderson is passionate about sustainability and climate justice. That's why she is the Student Climate Ambassador to CMU through the Center for Sustainable Climate Solutions (CSCS) for the 2021-22 academic year.
CSCS is an initiative of Eastern Mennonite University, Goshen College, and Mennonite Central Committee. It works in Anabaptist and other faith communities to respond to climate change challenges by researching climate solutions, developing and equipping leaders, building networks, and inspiring action.

A topical and relevant theme for the annual ReNew pastoral conference is nothing new. Every year, the conference, which launched in 2016, has wrestled with contemporary issues that peel away the complex layers of culture as they relate to the Church.
However, this year, the theme for ReNew 2022 seems particularly apt: Water from a Living Stream: Rejuvenation for Pastoring in a Complex World.
