Recognizing Jesus
This month on Sunday@CMU, we're hearing from Isaac Kuhl-Schlegel, Practicum Coordinator at CMU. In his role, he helps students explore their futures and vocations through work-integrated learning. Isaac is also a CMU alumnus who studied relational theology and then completed a Master of Theological Studies in Toronto. In this series, he reflects on what it takes for us to recognize Jesus in our lives: what makes it hard, what's at risk, and how love compels us to do it anyway.

Living in Hope
The month of March this year spans the Lenten season in the Christian church. Lent is the 40-day period of reflection and preparation that leads up to Easter and commemorates Jesus' 40 days of fasting in the desert. CMU student Ruby Anderson is passionate about sustainability and climate justice. That's why she is the Student Climate Ambassador to CMU through the Center for Sustainable Climate Solutions (CSCS) for the 2021-22 academic year.
CSCS is an initiative of Eastern Mennonite University, Goshen College, and Mennonite Central Committee. It works in Anabaptist and other faith communities to respond to climate change challenges by researching climate solutions, developing and equipping leaders, building networks, and inspiring action.
